To provide excellence in service, we need to see what YOU see.

This is where we physically walk through upcoming projects with you and discuss your needs and project expectations. 

Service calls may be handled during this time, if the work can be completed during the 30 minute visit.  Projects requiring more than the 30 minutes will need to be scheduled.

We can't get you an accurate estimate by guessing - we never "shoot from the hip".  After we've looked at the project together, it will take some homework to get your estimate.  You'll be notified by text, email, or both the moment it's complete.

Now it's time for you to review the estimate and ask for any clarification you need!  (We WANT you to ask - communication is key!)

When you're satisfied with the estimate we just need you to sign it. Projects estimated to exceed $250 will require a 50% Deposit.

Your estimate also contains the terms of our agreement - it's a good idea to read through these terms. 

Now that you have approved the estimate and handled the deposit, we can order any needed parts, and get your project on the schedule!  

Our policy is to limit the "Jumping Around" between projects that so many contractors are infamous for.  Part of that means not scheduling until your parts are in our possession.

We prefer to show up with the needed parts, and stay on it until your project is complete.  THEN we can move on to the next client.

We take pride in our workmanship.  We also want to be sure you understand everything you need to know and are happy with the end result.  It's our policy to do a final walk-through with you, where we can answer any questions you have!
