All Projects Start with a Web Request. This is where you describe your project, tell us about your budget and timeline, and your communication preferences. You can even upload pictures, pdf's, etc.
If we haven't done so already, we will arrange a time with you to come take a look.
We reserve two 30-minute appointments per day to walk through the project with you. (4:30PM & 5:30PM Every Week Day).
We need to see the same things to be on the same page, and to make sure we're the right fit for your project!
We can't get you a fair estimate by guessing. After we've looked at the project, some homework is needed on our part to get you accurate guidance as to cost.
Now it's time for you to review the estimate and decide if you would like to proceed. It's the perfect time to ask for any clarification you need. (We WANT you to ask - We NEED to be on the same page!)
Now let's take care of the paperwork so we can get your project started.
We will send you an authorization form that describes the work to be completed, estimated cost, and lays out expectations for our work together.
For ALL projects worth $250 or more, we will invoice you for 50% prior to beginning of your project. This money is set aside for the expenses your project requires.
Once both of these prerequisites are handled, It's time to get your project moving!. We'll order parts, determine any lead-times that could delay the project, and work with you to schedule accordingly!
Due to the instability of the shipping and manufacturing industries, some delays may be unavoidable in the ordering process.
